Treatment for Anxiety & Stress and Depression

I provide a safe place to talk through all of life’s expected and unexpected challenges.

Let’s face it – time marches on whether we are mindful of it or not. Maybe things used to seem better, but today things don’t feel great. Maybe a lot has changed, maybe nothing has changed; maybe we don’t know what or how we feel, or why. It is sometimes hard to understand what is happening, and it can be helpful to talk to someone when you need help sorting through things such as relationship challenges, life changes, work stressors, family dynamics, or when you are struggling with keeping up with your daily routine.

Therapy can help you learn about what you’re feeling, why you might be feeling it, and how you can make things better.

  • Do you ever feel like you are doing generally well but at the end of the day, you don’t feel great, or you don’t feel satisfied?

  • Maybe you know something is missing and you wish things were different?

  • You might even have an idea of what it would take to make things better, but you find yourself focusing on what’s in the way, or beating yourself up because you haven’t followed through in the past.

  • Maybe you question if what you really want is even attainable, and you feel stuck.

  • Or it could be that you’ve ended up in this place because of something that was out of your control or not your choice and you’re feeling angry or resentful.

  • Has something specific changed and now you want to re-evaluate or re-examine the best way to move forward?

I can help you make sense of all of the thoughts in your head and the way you are feeling.
Together we can map your way forward to the contentment you strive for.
